Shipping and Returns
Please note: due to the Covid-19 pandemic, orders are currently taking me up to a week to produce and ship. Thank you for your patience!
My standard shipping is via First Class USPS. Standard shipping is $4 and shipping is free over $35. Please allow 3-5 days for standard shipping.
You may choose expedited and international shipping options via UPS on checkout. International shipping normally takes 3-5 weeks, depending on the shipping country.
Please double check your shipping address. Once the product is shipped, I cannot be held responsible for the shipment going to the wrong address or becoming lost in the mail. All orders within US have a tracking number and it is the customer's responsibility to contact your post office in case of a lost package. If you would like shipping insurance on your delivery, please select one of the USPS Priority options at checkout. USPS Priority (but not USPS First Class) will cover lost shipments up to $100.
If you're unsatisfied with the product you received for any reason, you may return it within 10 business days of receiving it (this applies to US purchases only). Simply contact me and I will initiate the refund process and email you a return shipping label.
Please note, I cannot issue refunds for hats that have been washed or extensively worn.
Once I receive the returned product and verify that it is in the condition it was shipped to the customer, I will issue a refund (minus shipping).
